CONFERENCE DINNER

 

 

Date: Thursday 25 October 2018
Time: 6:30 pm arrival for a 7:00 pm start. Finishes at 12:00 midnight
Cost: $120 for delegates, $150 for additional tickets for non-delegates

The Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 25 October from 7pm onwards at Hilton Cairns International which is conveniently located 2 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. 

​

The Conference Dinner will feature an amazing Hilton Reef Feast buffet including selections of Australian seafood, hot and cold dishes, antipasto selections and desserts. To view the delicious menu provided please click here. The Conference Dinner will also include a four hour beverage package, live entertainment and plenty of good times.

The dinner will be a Tropical theme this year and we encourage all guests to dress to the theme - think Hawaiian shirts, flower leis and flowing dresses with frangipanis.

The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fee and is an additional cost of $120 per person for 3 Day delegates, $150 per person for single day delegates and non-delegates.

ORATION AND INVESTITURE CEREMONY

Dress: Smart casual

The Oration and Investiture Ceremony is the formal part of the Conference where new members, Life Members and Fellows are invested into
the College by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors.

WELCOME RECEPTION

 

Date: Wednesday 24 October 2018
Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Cost: Included in all 3-day registrations.

Tickets can be purchased for single day registrants and partners for $50.
Dress: Smart casual
RSVP: Required for catering purposes

The Welcome Reception provides member and non-members, delegates and presenters with an opportunity to celebrate the opening of the
Conference. This is a wonderful chance to network and catch up with old friends and new in a relaxed and social environment. Drinks and
canapes will be served.

AGM AND MEMBER'S FORUM BREAKFAST

 

Date: Thursday 25 October 2018
Time: 9:00am - 11:00am 
Cost: Inclusive for all registered delegates

Additional tickets can be purchased for $50.
RSVP: Required for catering purposes
The AGM Breakfast and Members Forum is included in all 3 day registrations. If you wish to have breakfast at the AGM, you must register for this, seats are limited. The breakfast is a ticketed event and attendance at the AGM Breakfast requires ticket.
